Point of Difference

Onsite Contracting doesn't stop at employing their staff and distributing them to our clients we ensure that all of our employees are trained in all areas. Each staff member is enrolled in a First Image Management Course, where they learn to engage with others on a professional and friendly basis, maintaining the professional image that our clients aim to uphold. Prior to engaging in any contract, we ensure our team develops a security management plan that we are able to enforce allowing the venue manager and assigned team to familiarise themselves with, prior to the event.

Furthermore we want to ensure that as a security provider we don't stop with security guards themselves. Onsite Contracting provides services apart from the provision of guards. Offering other services such as a dedicated accounts manager that is contactable 24/7 offers reassurance that if any issues arise they are able to be reviewed instantly.

Onsite Contracting also supplies clients with a “portable supervisor” that travels in between venues and will liaise with the guards as well as venue managers. Onsite also works along with our own Registered Training Organisation which provide up to date information, skills, and qualification to all of our staff, as we also extend the offer to our clients as well if training is required in specific fields.
